Lukas Pukelis

Lukas Pukelis is the Country Coordinator for Lithuania within the V-Dem network. He is a PhD candidate in political science at the Institute of Government and Politics, University of Tartu. A native of Lithuania, he completed his BA studies at Vilnius University and later an MA in Baltic Sea Region Studies at the University of Tartu.
