Sandra Botero

Sandra Botero is Associate Professor of Political Science at Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia. Her research and teaching interests include rights, judicial politics, law and politics, electoral dynamics and Latin American politics. She is the author of "Courts that Matter: Activists, Judges, and the Politics of Rights Enforcement" (Cambridge 2023) and co-editor with Dan Brinks and Ezequiel Gonzalez Ocantos of "The Limits of Judicialization: From Progress to Backlash in Latin America" (Cambridge 2022).
