Evgenia Kapousouz

Evgenia is a postdoctoral research fellow at the V-Dem Institute and Governance and Local Development (GLD) Institute. Evgenia holds a PhD in Public Administration with a concentration in Survey Methodology, and her research focuses on measurement error and experimental approaches to understanding response behavior and improving survey measurement. Her doctoral research examined the validity and reliability of social desirability measures and response tendencies. Research interests include developing survey methods that improve the validity, reliability, and cross-national comparability of data used to study governance, democracy, and public opinion.
